We are an old horse with a never-say-die attitude, a penchant for quality, authenticity, business principles, and transparency. We have never imitated anything or anyone; we have always stood apart from the crowd with our own identity.
That is why, even today, our customers, consultants, and even our competitors alike look up to us for the most reliable advice—whether it is about process design, equipment design, equipment selection, installation, operation, or any other aspect. We never disappoint anyone, whether it is in business or a friendly gesture.
Our journey started in 1988 as AQUAPROCESS CONSULTANTS & ENGINEERS, a tiny service provider entity solely in the field of water treatment. This venture was based on the promoter's five years of experience as a sales and service engineer with 2-3 water treatment companies, after having passed B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Delhi in 1979.
We have never looked back since then. There have been UP times and DOWN times; but His Highness the Almighty always bestowed upon us the strength to carry on. And here we are. "Highly Knowledgeable, Impressive, Very co-operative and accommodating, True Professional and Fully reliable" are the compliments we consistently keep getting.
With the passage of time, we first became a turnkey contractor in our core domain. Then came other activities, all related to water in one way or the other. There also came "Underfloor Heating", which is not related to water, but is a very fascinating activity and a promising business.
We acquired expertise in everything that we wanted to work in because of our belief in having the right knowledge, originality, and attention to detail. That is how we also got engaged in consultancy. As on date, we are both—the consultants and the contractors—in all of our activities, which are detailed in the accompanying divisions.
We are very sincerely grateful to all of our customers, vendors, service providers, and all associates whose unrelenting support actually paved our path of progress. We also extend our gratitude to the teachers who taught us many subjects and truly laid our foundation.
Many of them proved to be beacons of light, giving us the right guidance, ideas, and suggestions. Many of them are real NOBLE SOULS who enriched our life immensely. We offer sincere salutes from the core of our hearts.
